Our story
Digbys was founded by chef James Brierley with a simple belief: that great food should be accessible beyond restaurant walls. Drawing on years of professional kitchen experience and a love of international cuisine, James brings creativity, precision and warmth to every table.
Based in Warwickshire, we work with local suppliers wherever possible and build every menu around what's in season. Whether you're planning an intimate birthday dinner or a large wedding breakfast, we'll craft something truly memorable.
