Digby's is run by James Brierley, a 16 year old chef who has had experience in leading British kitchens such as Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Trinity, Fallow Restaurant and Claridges.
Assisting him in the kitchen and helping to build the company a close friend Wilf Stevns.
We operate out of a 5 star hygiene verified kitchen and serve our food primarily out of the Village Hall as well as delivering straight to locals.
We hire front of house and assisting staff who help our events to run smoothly.
